Plot
Cat and Dog are practicing their dance moves for the upcoming Nearburg Dance Fiesta contest. Cat is confident in their ability, but Dog suddenly falls over. Cat notices Dog's side of their body is looking more pudgy than normal, and gently suggests that Dog slims down so they can keep their balance for the contest. Dog agrees, but the diet food Cat gets for him tastes terrible. Dog then starts an exercise regiment, but keeps sneaking food from the refrigerator and from a food stash in the tree outside. After the tree collapses onto them from Dog's weight, Cat gets fed up, saying they'll never dance again. Dog pleads for another chance, swearing he will lose the weight before the contest.
After forcing down the tar-based diet food and working out all day and night, Dog returns to his original weight. Cat is very impressed, and the two head off to Club Cha Cha Cha for the contest. Once inside, Cat notices the Ingrid Twins near the buffet. He and Dog ask the twins to join them in the contest, and they agree, with Ingrid 1 on Ingrid 2's shoulders. The club's emcee, Randolph, announces that everyone needs to get to the main dance floor for the contest.
Dog suddenly starts walking towards a delicious smell; a ham on the buffet table. Cat steers Dog back towards the dance floor, telling him to focus on the music, not the food. Dog apologizes and repeats, "Do not think about food," while they dance with the Ingrids. But, Dog keeps focusing on other patrons at the club eating at the buffet. Not only that, Randolph is singing "The Hot and Spicy Cha Cha Cha," with lyrics about delicious food. Dog then imagines the Ingrids as pizzas, and the drummer's sticks as turkey drumsticks. Dog completely snaps and rushes to the buffet, eating everything in sight. But, he doesn't stop there. He also eats the band, all their instruments, most of the tables in the club, and even Ingrid 1.
After Ingrid 2 angrily leaves, Randolph approaches CatDog, saying that despite the club being destroyed and the band being eaten, he loved their performance. Randolph gives Cat the first place trophy for having the most original dance. But, Dog promptly eats it. Cat is upset, but before he can say anything, but the screen is then eaten to black rather than a fade or iris-in.
