The Black Raven are are group of vigilante faeries that seek justice for harm done to their own kind.
History
Black Ravens came into existence in the Burgue under seven years ago. They're mainly ex-blockade runners from the Wing Brigade. Proud faerish-homeland types without a homeland to fight for, just fighting to get by through any means, including running lots, gaming, contraband, potshine, lixer, etc.
Now, the Black Raven is a criminal organization that prizes loyalty above all else. The faerie's ability to fly made them ideal couriers, dealers, and even skilled killers. Because of the emphasis on loyalty, the Black Raven had no compunctions about turning on their own members who had betrayed the group.[1]
Seven years after the end of the Second Tirnanese War, the Black Raven is led by Dahlia.[1] Prior to leading the Black Raven, Dahlia was a lady's maid, though it wasn't a life suited for her.[2]
