Earth is the name of the planet on which humans dwell. The Care Bear series interacts with it as the bears and the cousins rescue humans from negative emotions, evil, and every other possible threat they can hope to defeat.
The Care Bears' portrayal of Earth is very similar to the real-life Earth, with the obvious difference being that the Care Bears universe is entirely fictitious.
