"Wig Lady" was the nickname the employees of Doublemeat Palace gave to a worm-like demon that masqueraded as an old lady.

Biography

In its disguise as an old lady, the demon was a regular at the Doublemeat Palace and enjoyed the cherry pie. Secretly, the demon had a taste for its employees.

The worm-like demon revealed itself by exiting the top of the old lady's scalp. It paralyzed Buffy, intending to eat her, but Willow eventually killed it. She cut the worm off then shoved the still-wriggling worm into the meat grinder.

The demon had the ability to disguise itself as a sweet old lady. It wore a wig to hide the top of the head, from where the worm-like demon came out. The worm also had a paralyzing spray to make it easier to eat its victims.
