Jay was a member of the Initiative.^[1]

Biography

Jay joined the Scooby Gang in the Bronze with Riley, Graham, Forrest, and Kevin after Buffy went to the Initiative facilities for the first time. However, their pages soon beeped with a message from Maggie Walsh and they all left.^[1]
