Biography
According to Giles, Willow's explanation that "the root systems, the molecules, the energy... everything's connected" sounded like Ms. Harkness' lessons. Despite recognizing that Harkness taught her a lot and the members of the coven were "the most amazing women" she had ever met, Willow was absent from a lesson because they all looked at her like she would "turn them all into bangers and mash or something." Giles explained that they were cautious, and Harkness was afraid for Willow in her absence.[1]
