Gina Torres is an actress who portrayed Jasmine on the Angel television series.
Career
In addition to Angel, Torres is most recognizable for her roles in the television series Xena: Warrior Princess, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Cleopatra 2525, The Shield, Alias, Firefly, 24, Suits, Hannibal, Revenge, Pearson, Westworld, among others.
Torres has also appeared in films such as The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Serenity, Five Fingers, I Think I Love My Wife, South of Pico, Selah and the Spades, among others.
Torres voice acted for the video games The Matrix Online, DC Universe Online, Transformers Prime: The Game, Destiny, Lichdom: Battlemage, Destiny 2, and Lego DC Super-Villains; the animated series Justice League Unlimited, The Boondocks, Transformers: Prime, Star Wars Rebels, Star Wars: Forces of Destiny, Final Space, Tangled: The Series, Elena of Avalor; and the animated film Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths.
