Eligor was a demon known as the "bringer of war, poisoners, pariahs, and grand obscenity" as well as the "wretched master of decay." His power was invoked during the ritual to restore the health of a vampire.[1]

- According to the 17th century grimoire The Lesser Key of Solomon, Eligor, also known as Abigor or Eligos, is a Great Duke of Hell ruling 60 legions of demons. He is said to discover hidden things, know the future of wars and how soldiers should meet, and attract the favor of lords, knights, and other important persons. He is depicted as a knight carrying a lance, an ensign, and a serpent.
