Asclepian vial was a magic potion originally supposed to transform the one who drinks it into their perfect self.
History
It was believed that the properties of the Vial were only symbolic or metaphorical, and it was used as an initiation ritual by Witches and Warlock covens. Although, the potion was effective on Andrew Wells, who then recognized his sexual orientation and was made physically stronger.[1]
With these new powers, Andrew was able to repeal the Sculptor's flesh golems attacking Clive's coven to steal the potion.[1] Andrew used his super strength to defeat as well a larger flesh golem, and kissed Clive soon before the Vial's effects were over, who explained he returned to his old self after he did "whatever the potion empowered [him] to accomplish."[2]
