Angel #6 is the sixth issue of Angel comic book series. Written by Bryan Edward Hill and illustrated by Gleb Melnikov, it was originally published on October 23, 2019, by Boom! Studios.

Synopsis

With Angel trapped in Sunnydale, the rest of Angel's newly formed team has their hands full dealing with the Hellmouth's fallout in Los Angeles. Will this gang of supernatural crime-solvers be able to protect Los Angeles from the shockwaves of the Hellmouth's opening… and from newly arrived vampire, Spike?[1]

  • Spike arrives in Los Angeles suffering after Drusilla took advantage of his loyalty to stab him to open Sunnydale's Hellmouth (Hellmouth, Part One).
  • The boy victim in Gunn's childhood in Angel #5, Tyler, is revealed to be his cousin; Gunn's original counterpart had a younger cousin named Keenan ("First Impressions").
  • Spike has his appearance compared to Billy Idol, as his original counterpart was also compared in "Sleeper".
  • The vampire previously identified as Luka (Angel #5) is revealed to be named Okasa.
