Rhino is a Marvel Super Heroes minifigure that first appears in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. He was physically released in 2015.
Background
Comics
As a thug, Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich was a hire worker, until he was tested for an experiment that bonded a super-strong skin to his body. This skin gave him super strength and speed. He was primarily an enemy of Spider-Man.
In Ultimate Spider-Man
Alex O'Hirn was a normal kid going to Peter Parker/Spider-Man's school, who was tired of being bullied every day by Flash Thompson. Eventually, he stole a rhino serum made by Doctor Octopus and became Rhino.
In his new born appearance, Rhino attacked Flash Thompson at his home, apparently a gas station. Spider-Man fought him and nearly won, and he later becomes a member of the Sinister Six, which also consists of Doctor Octopus, The Lizard, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, and Scorpion (Might have been a one-time-only deal).
In Amazing Spider-Man 2
Aleksei Sytsevich was a Russian thug who stole Oscorp plutonium. He was thwarted by Spider-Man, which caused him to seek revenge. He was eventually allowed into the Sinister Six, and was given a large, weaponized rhino mech and terrorized New York. His rhino mech can walk on hind legs and run on all fours.
LEGO Marvel Super Heroes
Rhino was one of the villains that escaped Ryker's Island during the breakout.
Mystique (disguised as Magneto) unleashed Rhino on Asteroid M to stall Thing, Captain America, and Storm.

Notes
- Robin Atkin Downes, who voices Rhino, repeatedly asked the creators of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes to make him voice Rhino before gaining the part.[source?]
- His 2015 design reuses a Clone Trooper head.
- Despite coming from a comic-book inspired set, Rhino's 2015 design resembles his appearance in the 2014 film, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, rather than in the comics.
- The classic version of Rhino appears on a newspaper in 76178 Daily Bugle.
