"Record Player" is the seventh episode of Boohbah.

Official synopsis

Get in a spin with the dizzy Boohbahs, and guess when it's time to Stop and Go. In Storyworld, Grandmamma finds a round record, but will the Storypeople have time to move to the groovy music?

	Intro	On its travels, the Boohball flies to Japan and Spain. In the US version, the Boohball travels to the USA, Ecuador and Germany.
	Warm-Up	Under Jingbah's lead, the Boohbahs get into a spin as they warm up with some busy, dizzy twirls.
	Storyworld	Grandmamma dances to the music made by the record player she comes across. After the music's up, Grandpappa arrives and puts on a bigger record, and then Brother and Sister arrive to put on an even bigger record. When even that runs out, the children blow in a very big record - so big, that all four of them have to lift it up and put it on!
	Boohbah Dance	The Boohbahs stop and go in tune to the music (and rearrange their positions almost continuously).
	Look What I Can Do! US version only	In this episode we see a boy doing his crisscross footwork with his hands on his hips, two girls putting their hands on their floor and kicking in the air, and a boy patting his head and rubbing his tummy.

Trivia

This episode's Storyworld segment was shot on 20 May, 2002.
This is the 1st episode to have Japan & Spain as the 2 country intro, the "Busy Dizzy Twirls" warm-up, and the "Stop and Go" dance.
The medium record and the biggest record play the same music on the record player for the Storypeople to dance to.
The biggest record mixes all three tunes together.
In the American version, the clip of the "Hide Your Heads and Feet" dance, which forms the first extra dance, is edited not to show the main movements of said dance, but both of the Boohbahs' spinning and bumping frenzies.
After the child blows the extra present to solve the Storypeople's problem, the whooshing sound is mixed with a warped record scratching sound.
The music for the child patting his head and rubbing his stomach in the "Look What I Can Do!" segment in the US version was used in the Flash game with the same name on the PBS Kids microsite.
