Small Cave is the first Undead dungeon in Boktai: The Sun is in Your Hand. It can be accessed from the Calm Path after clearing Fog Castle in the first map. It exits to the Empty Passage. Clearing Small Cave is mandatory to progress further in the game.
The dungeon acts as a tutorial for the lesser Undead-type dungeons found in Istrakan. During the first passage through the area, Otenko will explain how mechanics such as the Warp Magic Square, the Blue Keys, Trap Rooms and why the Undead always reappear no matter how many times Django clears the dungeons. The information will only be shown once per playthrough, but will appear again in a New Game+.
