YURI

YURI (ユリ, born August 24, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan) is a Japanese singer and dancer signed to Japanese management company BMSG under the B-RAVE section as a member of girl group HANA, formed through the audition show No No Girls. She made her debut with the group with "ROSE" in April 2025.

Early Life

YURI started dancing when she was 8 years old, and had no prior experience with singing or rapping before auditioning for No No Girls^[1].

2024

YURI auditioned for No No Girls with "Love" by Keyshia Cole. During the 2nd round, she sang "Dry Flower" by Yuuri and danced to CHANMINA's "B-Kyuu".
In the 3rd round, she was placed in Team A (EDEL) with KAI, KAEDE, HIBIKI and YUJU and performed Koda Kumi's "Cutie Honey".
In the 4th round, she sang "Saigo no Ame" by Nakanishi Yasushi for the vocal test and was placed in Team G with AMI and KOKOA, with whom she performed and later released You are the One.
In the 5th round, she was placed in Team A (KINISHY) with CHIKA, FUMINO, KOKO, KOKONA, MOMOKA and SAYAKA, with whom she performed NG and Tiger.
In the 6th and final round, YURI performed CHANMINA's "Harenchi" as a solo, and was placed in Team A with JISOO, KOHARU, KOKO and MAHINA, with whom she performed Drop.

2025

On January 11, YURI was chosen as a member of HANA. The group released its pre-debut single, Drop, on January 31, and made its major debut with "ROSE" on April 23.

Family
YURI's father died in 2021, when she was in her 3rd year of middle school.
Education
In March 2025, YURI graduated from high school.
