Forked Road (EP) is a digital joint EP by BMSG Trainees RUI, TAIKI, and KANON. It was released November 11, 2024 and is the second trainee EP following 2022's 15th Dream, which included soloist edhiii boi and was prior to KANON's joining BMSG.
Background and release
The Forked Road EP was announced October 23, 2024 during the first show of the BMSG TRAINEE Showcase 2024 tour at Zepp Nagoya. It contains the title track, which is a tie-up song for the Pokémon web series POKÉTOON sung by all three members, plus a solo song by each.
- "This work captures the growth of youth, including encounters, partings, friendships, and romance, that only high school students can produce at this time in their lives. The songs showcase the 'overwhelming skill and expressiveness' of BMSG artists such as BE:FIRST and MAZZEL, who have already made their debuts with BMSG."[1]
