BMSG FES '24 is BMSG's annual festival celebrating the company's anniversary featuring its full lineup of artists and trainees. This year's event commemorates BMSG's fourth year and will be held from September 21-23, 2024 with a total of six shows taking place at K-Arena in Yokohama.
Background
BMSG FES '24 was officially announced on June 17, 2024. Unlike BMSG FES '23, instead of two cites over two weekends, it was decided to he held in one city, Yokohama, for three days, with two shows each day.
Teams
Keeping with the tradition started by BMSG ALLSTARS in 2022 in which all members came together for the company theme song New Chapter, and similar to last year's units, BMSG EAST and BMSG WEST, for the festival's third year members were divided into three teams selected by random draw: BMSG MARINE led by Aile The Shota, BMSG SKY led by SKY-HI and BMSG GAIA led by Novel Core. The selection process was shown exclusively via the BMSG fanclubs B with U and B-Town.
Each team collaborated to create their own original song which they performed at the FES.

Special Announcements
- On day one LEO of BE:FIRST premiered his solo song I just wanna be myself 〜One of the BE:ST-02 LEO〜 and announced it will be released in October.
- On night one they announced BMSG's very first Sports Day event: BMSG presents THE GAME CENTER, which will take place November 26, 2024 at Tokyo Dome.
- On night two it was announced BMSG POSSE will release their first album TYOISM Vol.1 in December, and will also hold their first one-man concert BMSG POSSE presents TYOISM on December 11, 2024.
- On day three and night three, a third audition project, THE LAST PIECE, was announced. BMSG Trainees RUI, TAIKI, KANON are confirmed as members of this third group. Applications can be sent in starting from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. After finding the last piece, the group is set to debut in 2025.

Trivia
- BMSG FES 24 took inspiration from 'music awards' so there are two corners on both ends of the stage where there are round tables and chairs (called "North Salon" and "South Salon"). Artists who are not performing were seen sitting down and enjoying the FES with the audience. A few were also eating light snacks.
- BMSG Trainees were back dancers for REIKO, Novel Core, BMSG POSSE, BE:FIRST, and SKY-HI's sets, the 14 and under-14 Trainees also took part in 14th Syndrome.
- There are some undisclosed trainees that were performing and interviewing BMSG Artists during performance / MC session.
- It was disclosed that the leader of each team in BMSG presents THE GAME CENTER was picked during FES in K-arena.
