tort can be found in the Café and in the Turtle Mansion.
Sells
In exchange for 
3,000, tort will change the player's race randomly.
- The races obtainable from tort are: Human, Rabbit, Shark and Angel.
- There are no exact chances. It is estimated that it has an equally large chance of obtaining any given race from the reroll.
The player can re-roll their race as many times as they want with no cooldown, as long as they have 3,000 or more.

Trivia
- tort's appearance is based on Limeturtkle's previous Roblox avatar, the current Bureaucrat of the Blox Fruits Wiki.
- Prior to Update 17.3, the race reroll NPC was named Norp and had a different appearance.
- Purchasing a race reroll for the first time will give the player a title named "The Grandfather".
- tort has a computer next to her in the Second Sea, but not in the Third Sea.
