Longma is a Lv. 2000 boss.
Location
Main article: Tushita/Puzzle
Longma is located at the Floating Turtle, behind a door near the Previous Hero. This boss is only accessible after completing the Tushita Puzzle in the Third Sea.
Once the player gains access to Longma's room, they can go back and kill him as many times as they want.
Drops
-
20k-30k
- Around 1,500,000 EXP
- 50,000 Bounty/Honor
- Tushita
Behavior
Longma uses the old [Z] and [X] abilities of Tushita. His attacks cannot be Instinct-tricked, despite being able to when used by a player. He is one of the only Bosses that drops rewards to only one player, although this can sometimes be evaded with a glitch.
Tips & Tricks
- The player should keep a distance and go behind the wall and use a bug to hit through the wall and then attack Longma. This bug is effective in minimizing the healing of Longma and damage taken. This will also block some of Longma's hits.
- Longma can sometimes be stuck on the edge of the grass, and he will not be able to walk onto the grass platform unless the player brings him there. This is useful for avoiding his attacks and killing him as fast as possible because the player must take Longma's high regeneration capabilities into account.
- If the player doesn't have Stats on what they are trying to get mastery on, but have Race V4 - they can purposefully let Longma heal, so that they can use their v4 and get max stats on said item and kill the NPC. That's a risky strategy, but can help player kill the boss and get mastery on the item.
Notes
- Longma is the third most efficient way to gain mastery boss-wise in terms of how much mastery it gives on death (Cake Queen and Soul Reaper give the most but they are harder to kill).
- Longma is good for grinding mastery and bounty/honor because of his very low HP compared to most bosses, making him good for soloing quickly and then server hopping.
- Longma will not drop Tushita or any reward unless the player has done more than 50% of the damage and the last hit to him.
- Longma heals extremely fast if he doesn't take damage for a short time (second fastest regeneration speed, behind Training Dummy, who heals back to full hp instantly).
- The player should make sure to constantly attack Longma, because he will heal to full health within five seconds if anyone has not damaged him.
Trivia
- Players can glitch into Longma's room by using any instant-dash move of a sword/fighting style. (Such as Electric Claw's [Z] move, Shizu [Z] move, etc.)
- However, glitching into his room doesn't have much use, as the player cannot hit Longma unless the player has access to his room (similar to Ice Admiral and Don Swan).
- Players can use Love's [V] move or Ghost's [V] move to kill Longma without unlocking the door, but he will only drop money, mastery and bounty.
- Longma is the last part of the Tushita Puzzle to obtain Tushita.
- Longma has the least amount of health out of all the Bosses in Third Sea.
- Longma is named after a fabled winged horse with dragon scales in Chinese mythology. "龙" (Lóng) means dragon, and "马" (Mǎ) means horse.
