Cosmo is the chef and owner of Cosmo's Cosmic Diner, one of the most popular places to eat at in the galaxy.
Physical Appearance
He is a light green-skinned humanoid of average height, with an olive green beard, a large nose, and large yellow eyes. He also has a crooked tail, a left arm that appears to be cybernetic, and talks with an accent.
History
Cosmo is the owner of Cosmo's Cosmic Diner, and personally prepares every meal himself.

Personality
Cosmo has a cheerful demeanor, and is often very welcoming to his customers. He does have a way with trying to save money and purchasing upgrades, as in the case with Mira destroying his current vid-screen, and he had an extreme dislike for bugs, most likely due to health department regulations.[1][2]
Abilities
As a chef at a busy establishment, he is able to whip up all sorts of dishes in a manner of minutes.[3]
He also seems to be able to handle firearms when necessary.[3]
