The Ship's Foundry is an Upgrade Building in Bloons Monkey City. It is one of the many buildings available for purchase to the player when they build their city and is used to purchase upgrades for Monkey Buccaneer.
Despite being an Upgrade Building for the Monkey Buccaneer, it is placed on land.

Trivia
As upgrades are purchased for the Monkey Buccaneer, the ship that is the upgrade building starts to get more complete, starting as a framework, then gaining part of a hull, then gaining sails and actual cannons, then being fully completed.
