The Gold Border is a shiny golden border surrounding maps and Insta-Monkey collections in Bloons TD 6. It is awarded for getting all medals on the same map and getting a red CHIMPS medal. For Insta-Monkeys, all Tier 4 and below upgrades of the same type are required in order to get it.
In Bloons TD 6, the Gold Border is less esteemed than the Black Border, which has additional requirements. Neither impact actual gameplay, or award extra trophies, Monkey Money, or other items. It solely serves as a testament to the dedication and skill of a player's thorough completion of the game.

- Perhaps counterintuitively, a Black Border has more value than a Gold Border, despite the depiction of metallic gold as a valuable metal.
- A Gold Border Insta-Monkey collection may sometimes be impossible to achieve before a black bordered one, since a player may acquire all tier-5 crosspaths before the lower tier versions.
