Description
The practitioner aims their gun at the target and fires a cone-shaped wave of energy that expands outwards in a circular boom upon hitting the target. When used against a Dark Dragon by Ninny Spangcole, this spell proved sufficiently powerful to damage and briefly stun it.[1]
