Limiter

A limiter (拘束具(リミッター), rimittā, physical restraint) is an ability or an item that prevents one from exceeding a certain limit.

The only named limiter in the series is Enchant Dragunov, which is used by Azrael. He restricts his own strength to not kill his opponents too quickly, and, in his own words, “to have fun”.
