Zelda was the twin sister of Cally, from the same sibling stock. She became Clinician Franton's assistant at the replication plant on Auron. She was in isolation in the replication plant when the planet was infected with a pathogen and thus escaped the disease. She was told to prepare a brood stock for evacuation but also sent a telepathic message to Cally on the Liberator informing her of the situation.
Zelda joined Franton in greeting Servalan and Deral when they came to the replication plant and assisted in implanting Servalan's genetic material in a new batch of clones. She received a telepathic warning from Cally when the Federation took over central control but was left behind when Franton went to assist the Liberator crew, to avoid infection and to continue preparing the brood stock.
She was reunited with Cally when Franton brought her back to the replication plant along with Avon and Tarrant. Dayna teleported down with bracelets to evacuate them all but Zelda removed her bracelet, insisting on staying behind to correct a nutrient balance in Servalan's gestating foetuses. She was killed when the plant was destroyed by a Federation bombardment. (C: Children of Auron)
