Bhakur is a minor town within the northern Shadowlands of the homeworld's southern continent mentioned only once in the Annals of the Black Company, during the Shadowmaster wars. It seems to be in the region called Prehbehlbed. Bhakur is south of Cantile and north of Danjil, other minor towns.
Bhakur, Danjil, and some other towns were captured for Taglios by the Prahbrindrah Drah himself, who was campaigning in Prehbehlbed to put down "a bevy of minor Shadowlander princes" and to defeat the traitor Blade. Then, in the surviving passages of One-Eye's brief Annals (chapter 32 of Bleak Seasons), he reported that he and the new, inexperienced Khusavir Regiment passed through Bhakur in the late fall or early winter of the Company's third year in Taglios as part of their southward trek to rendezvous with the Prahbrindrah's campaign. After Bhakur, they passed through Danjil and other (unnamed) towns that had been recently captured by the Prahbrindrah, and after two months, they overtook the Prince at Praiphurbed.
