Marlowe is a member of the Founders party in Columbia. He is a major proponent of the Founders and is well known for his patented Vigors, including Murder of Crows, which are presented by Fink Manufacturing with its own line of Vigors.

When Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth enter Port Prosperity in Emporia, Marlowe's scalp can be seen nailed to a board, along with other Founders, showing that the Vox Populi have killed him.
