Connor was a prisoner in Persephone who was part of a scheme for a mass jailbreak. He spied on Nigel Weir as he entered the code for the security booth, but only learned the last two digits.^[1] He never achieved the jailbreak. The corpse besides his audio diary in the crawlspace behind the padded cell in Cell Block A is presumably his.
