Virtual Cockpit

When this is all over and we get back home... let's have budae-jjigae!

Teo Oh

The Virtual Cockpit is a hidden feature present in five-part Biklones, such as Biklone Infinity and Barbarian King. It is activated when all five Biklonauts in the machine are in perfect sync with each other, increasing the combat potential of the Biklone, but is notoriously difficult to pull off.

In the case of the Oh siblings, the feature is oddly connected to budae-jjigae.

Attributes

In Biklone combinations, the cockpits of each Biklonaut stay where they are, so the Biklonauts don't group up together for the combined form. The activation of a Virtual Cockpit does not change this, but as its name implies, their minds gather in one place, creating the illusion that they are all together.

Getting the Virtual Cockpit started requires that the brainwaves of all five Biklonauts flow perfectly in sync with each other, which is easier said than done. In fact, it is generally considered only a theoretical possibility that isn't worth bringing up; very few Biklonauts actually use the Virtual Cockpit feature of their combined Biklones as they find it nigh-impossible to do. In addition to all of that, once the Virtual Cockpit is active, the brainwaves of the Biklonauts still have to remain relatively close to each other, and any Biklonaut whose brainwaves stray from the rest will be removed from the Virtual Cockpit and will not be able to access any of the main controls of the Biklone.

So far, the only Biklonauts that have been able to use the Virtual Cockpit at all are the Oh siblings. Their initial attempt to activate it purposely didn't work out, and it was only when Teo brought up the thought of budae-jjigae and everyone started thinking about it simultaneously that they semi-unconsciously managed to get it to work. Even now, the siblings often use the thought of food to kick off the Virtual Cockpit.

Infinite Control

Biklone Infinity's Virtual Cockpit command is called the Infinite Control, and the corresponding Grid Chip fills in all marks in the Activator. Infinity's physical power increases upon activation, enabling it to attack foes with even fiercer strength. The Infinite Crusher's attack power is also boosted, and the head of the Crusher can grow to several times its size for extra oomph.

Though it's unknown if Infinite Control is required to use it, Aldebaran Infinity has so far only been used while Infinite Control is active. In addition, if Infinity lacks the energy to use Aldebaran Infinity, it has the option to enter a "Power Manager" mode, in which the Biklonauts in the Virtual Cockpit pedal to charge up the energy required for the attack. Ejected Biklonauts will not be able to help with the charging process.

Brute Force

Barbarian King's Virtual Cockpit command is called Brute Force. Due to the difficulty in using a Virtual Cockpit, Brute Force is not included in the standard manual of Barbarian King and is only found in the original manuscripts, though it can still be activated without knowledge of its existence. Unlike Infinity, who visually remained the same with Infinite Control active, Brute Force causes Barbarian King to glow with a red aura and roar like a raging beast while it has summoned the Tyrant Catastrophe. The Catastrophe itself grows in size and its blue energy blades gain a fiery red effect, giving it stronger (and more explosive) slicing power. These visual changes seemingly do not apply if the Catastrophe is not in hand, though the power buff seems to still be in effect, plus some faster aerial speed.
