Yaki Taco is a fast-food restaurant chain in San Fransokyo that mixes takoyaki and tacos, as its name is a play of words on both foods. Along with Noodle Burger, it is one of Fred's favorite fast-food places.
Yaki Taco has different mottos such as "Totally Healthy" and "Break Out Of Your Hard Shell". However, despite being proclaimed as "Totally Healthy", Baymax has revealed that some of their products have excessively unhealthy amounts of sodium or sugar[1].
In the past, Baron Von Steamer had multiple hideouts throughout the city, but one of them was eventually turned into a Yaki Taco restaurant[2].
Yaki Taco also used to sponsor Mr. Sparkles' Maximum Insane Obstacle Challenge until they dropped the sponsorship in favor of "Slow Clap Cat" because he gained more popularity than Sparkles' show.

According to Baymax in "Return to Sycorax", the Mucho Monster Muncher contains four times the suggested daily sodium intake and the Sugarzilla has 12 times the suggested sugar intake. Since the suggested daily sodium and sugar intake are 5 grams and 50 grams respectively, this would mean that the Mucho Monster Muncher has 20 grams of sodium and the Sugarzilla has 600 grams of sugar. Although this may be inaccurate since it might have been a dream.
