Officer Flynn is an officer at the San Fransokyo Police Department. She aided Chief Diego Cruz during his personal crusade against Big Hero 6.

Flynn became an officer at some point around or prior to Big Hero 6 forming.
History
Season 1
She helped arrest High Voltage, escorting Barb to the police car, after Big Hero 6 stopped their crime spree.
Some time later, she accompanied another officer as he arrested Momakase at the Food Fight arena.
Some time after, she aided some officers in arresting a criminal apprehended by Big Hero 6.
Later on a different day, she was among the officers that arrested and apprehended Mel Meyer for impersonating Alistair Krei.
During SFIT and SFAI's Rivalry Week, she was one of the security guards at SFAI to protect the Lenore Shimamoto statue from being stolen.
Months later, she assisted an officer in arresting High Voltage after they broke out.
Not too long after, she and her partner arrested Hiro Hamada for illegally bot-fighting.
Season 2
Later in the fall, following Supersonic Sue and Baron von Steamer's team-up being foiled by Boss Awesome, she arrested Sue and escorted her to a police car.
Following Di Amara's arrest, she accompanied Chief Cruz to Joe's Diner to arrest a framed Globby, where they failed as Globby escaped. Soon after that, Chief Cruz declared Big Hero 6 fugitives.
Shortly after Big Hero 6 are declared fugitives, Officer Flynn tried aiding Chief Cruz and other officers in detaining the newly emerged villain Hardlight, who demanded to face Big Hero 6 and stated that he would steal a diamond from the San Fransokyo Art Museum the next night if Big Hero 6 didn't show up again. The next night, Flynn aided in the failed attempt to arrest Hardlight at the museum, which ended in Hardlight kidnapping Chief Cruz.
Some point later, she and some officers chase after Big Hero 6 in an alleyway, but Momakase draws their attention away and has them chase after her.
Shortly after those events, Flynn and other officers along with Buddy Guards arrived at the art museum to arrest Sirque for robbing the museum revenues, but Sirque escaped using portals.
Some time after those events, she has some Noodle Burger outside her car by the restaurant of the same name, and encounters the fugitive Flame Jumper interupts her while he patrols, which led to her alerting other officers of the fugitive's whereabouts. Later after Chief Cruz joined the manhunt, she assisted him, the officers, and the Buddy Guards in hunting down Flame Jumper, which ended up with the fugitive temporarily being held in a police van with Felony Carl, but eventually he was broken out by his teammates.
Some time later, she assisted other officers and Buddy Guards in arresting Chop Chop, but Mini-Max helped him escaped, but they left Supersonic Sue and Supersonic Stu for them to arrest. Soon after she would escort Supersonic Sue to jail once more.
Later on, shortly before SFIT seniors graduated, Flynn accompanied Detective Sato as Sato gave Cruz a report about the El Fuego incident, commenting on the Buddy Guardians' efficiency. Cruz then orders Flynn and Sato to commence with tricking Big Hero 6 into trying to save a sinking supply vessel, waiting for them to get on board the ship. She, Sato and other officers and Buddy Guardians attempt to arrest the present members of Big Hero 6, with Cruz joining in. Flynn was incapacitated by Tall Girl using her Chem-Purse to trap her in a blob on the wall, and Big Hero 6 temporarily incapacitated the other officers and defeated the Buddy Guardians, but eventually the Guardians captured Big Hero 6. Flynn was freed at some point and tried assisting her fellow officers when the Buddy Guardians went rogue. She and the other officers attempted to help Chief Cruz save his daughter Megan from Trina, but they had to let Trina pass by to ensure Megan's safety at Trina's hands. She would then accompany a worried and regretful Chief Cruz to the police station where he would ask Captain Cutie for help to save Megan. Soon after Big Hero 6 saves Megan, Flynn and the other officers are told that they would provide tactical support to Big Hero 6, also revealing that he has finally realized his mistakes and accepts that Big Hero 6 are on the same side as they are. She and the other officers are then assured by members of Big Hero 6 that they could win. Soon after, she and Flame Jumper would scout out SFIT, where they find Buddy Guardians guarding a Krei Garbage Truck waiting to receive a signal. Flynn and Flame Jumper then witnessed the Buddy Guards and garbage trucks, like other ones across the city, turn into thermal conductors, disintegrating objects around them. Soon after, the thermal conductors were deactivated and Trina along with the Buddy Guardians are defeated.
Season 3
During the summertime, Officer Flynn arrives with other officers to arrest SuperSonic Sue and SuperSonic Stu. She and the other officer s overhears Richardson Mole admit his role in the current events and pardon himself with his Mayor for a day powers.
In midsummer, she along with Detective Sato and other officers went to Richardson’s Comics to arrest Hardlight after he was defeated by Big Hero 6.
Sometime later, she along with other officers would arrest SuperSonic Sue and SuperSonic Stu after their defeat at the Annual Save the Sloths Benefit.
Personality
Officer Flynn doesn't hesitate to do her job. When Diego Cruz declared Big Hero 6 fugitives, she obeyed him loyally, and listened after Cruz undeclared the heroes fugitives and co-operated with Flame Jumper when working to stop Trina.
