Dirty Dobbs is an illegal racer who appeared in Need for Speed.
Appearance
Dirty Dobbs wears blue overalls, brown fingerless gloves, and a white shirt. He has black hair and a shaved beard. The inner sides of his head are bald. He also has hairy arms.
Personality
Dirty Dobbs is a literal and figurative dirty. He likes to bully other people and make fun of them. He also doesn't seem to care about hygiene, as he is so dirty that flies fly around him.
History
Ben 10
Dirty Dobbs made his first appearance in Need for Speed, when he is called by LaGrange to participate in the illegal race he was organizing in Yellowstone National Park. He thank him for reaching out to him and the other competitors.
In this meeting they give him a map for what the route of the race is and before Vin Ethanol's complaints, Dobbs made fun of him.
When everyone was ready, Dobbs got in his car and ready for the competition. This car has a big drill and huge wheels. LaGrange gave the order to start and Dirty Dobbs buried himself underground just by starting the run and then comes out, possibly to show off his ability to move underground.
Marge Malachi pushed him, which forced him to go over a bridge where there were many civilians. Before hurting anyone, he enters the earth. When they reach the geysers, Dobbs took advantage of the terrain and surfaces behind Vin swiftly taking off balance and cause him to have an accident.
When the remaining competitors reach the next stage, Dobbs taunted LaGrange and got upset, so he starts showing off his racing skills and drove ahead, then facing Dobbs and the Malachis' and driving backwards.
When LaGrange is in this position, he launched two missiles from his car. The missiles hit Dobbs and the Malachi's cars, and later his missile explodes, knocking him out of the race.
Finally, it is seen that the park rangers Birdie and his partner managed to arrest Dirty Dobbs and the other competitors, including LaGrange, who were defeated by Ben transformed into Overflow.

Trivia
- Originally, the second-to-last photo in Vin's photo collage in LaGrange Muraille did not depict Dirty Dobbs, instead showing Vin and LaGrange with a child.[sb 1] This was changed in the final episode, so that the character designers would not have to create a new design that would have only show up for a single short scene.[KT 1]
