Derek Payne is a man with a muscular build who wears a black t-shirt with white jeans as well as black and white sheos. He has short black hair and visible facial hair shadow.
Personality
Derek has an entertainer personality. He is confident and plays up his persona for the camera.
History
Ben 10
In Funhouse, Ben shows Gwen some videos of Dr. Weird performing "magic" on his tablet. Gwen isn't impressed by what she sees, and shows Ben a video of Derek Payne performing an extreme magic trick where he guesses a guest's card that he has dangled with him, before dropping himself into a shark tank while restrained and suddenly appearing outside it unharmed. Ben dislike Derek's magic and said that it's all staged, while he thinks that Dr. Weird excels at real magic. Gwen then states that he only excels at "baby magic".
Powers and Abilities
As a magician, Derek is able to pull off simple magic tricks such as having the same card a guest pulled, to more extreme tricks such as dropping himself into a tank with a shark before suddenly appearing outside of the tank unharmed.
