Tech suport is a minor one-time character in the Beluga Cinematic Universe. He only appeared in one video, which was the video Ok.

It all begins when Beluga is talking to Skittle-chan, and then she asks Beluga to start a family with her. Beluga says "heck no" but then a pop-up appears that says "Ok" and Beluga's message turns into "Ok." After the wedding starts, Lester asks Beluga to marry Skittle-chan. He says no, but that same pop-up appears to turn his message into "Ok." Lester says they may now kiss, but Beluga constantly types "no" until the pop-up appears, and his message turns into "Ok." Then when Skittle-chan leans forward, Beluga runs out the door in Warp 9 speed and asks tech suport to help. tech support says the pop-up is dangerous and that Beluga should destroy his phone. He refuses because it costs more than his house, but than a different pop-up appears saying to destroy the phone with 2 options. Ok; and OK. One is blue, one is red. tech support says to not not not press the red one, in other words, press the blue one, but Beluga presses the red one and enables Light mode.
