Gil

Gil (ギル, Giru?) is a main character in Beast Complex. He is the protagonist of the twentieth chapter.

Appearance

Gil is a black panther of apparent middle age, an average height, and a slender build. Being a black panther, he has black fur but has a unique white ear that contrasts with his black fur. He has large, elongated, oval eyes with small irises, thick eyebrows, two trios of whiskers, and a long tail.

He wears a formal suit consisting of a black one-button blazer over a white shirt with a gray tie, black linen pants, maroon loafers, and wears a pair of square glasses.

Personality

Gil has a quite reserved and lonely personality, being overwhelmed by the routine life of the big capital and his job, in which he does not perform very well due to the life he has as someone from a rural town who moved to the capital to find work. Gil is burdened by his lonely life in the city and his job, causing his wild instincts to manifest, developing a particular appetite for the hand of his coworker Po, with whom he is constantly compared for being an efficient worker. Before giving in and turning to the Black Market to relieve his stress, Gil manages to get along with Po who shares Gil's loneliness and holds his hand so that both could end the loneliness they were going through, starting a friendship.
