James Ross Meskimen (born September 10, 1959) is an American actor, comedian and impressionist who has been a fixture in film, TV, animation, games and audiobooks for decades.
He provided the voices of James Gordon and Deadshot in the 2008 animated anthology film, Batman: Gotham Knight.
