"Fire & Ice" is the third episode of the second season of The Batman.
Plot
Mr. Freeze hires the mercenary Firefly to help him put his evil plan into action: putting Gotham City in a never-ending winter. Once the policeman's gala charity ball is frozen solid, it's all up to the Batman.

Alfred: (sarcastically) Yes, I'm fired, I know.
Yin: Wayne, I know your secret.

Yin: It's been quite an act. You really had me snowed.
Bruce: I don't know what you...
Yin: Want me to spell it out for you? There's two sides to Bruce Wayne. Most people look at you and think "Rich party boy, only does the charity thing for the PR". But I can see this isn't a front. You really DO care.
Bruce: (sighs in relief) Boy, you've really got my number.
Mr. Freeze: (about Batman) He's started the warmer!
Firefly: So? Some of us like it hot!
Batman: Feed a cold, starve a fever.
Batman: (to the police) Really not feeling the love here, fellas.
Firefly: So, how do you plan to get me down?
Batman: You'll have to land when you run out of fuel.
Freeze: How shall I ice you, Batman? Allow me to pick your frozen brains!
Firefly: Chill!
Mr. Freeze: You chill! (freezes him)
Firefly: Honey, I'm home, and I brought you a present. (takes snow globe model of Gotham out of briefcase) Gotham city, in the palm of your hand!
Freeze: Is this a joke?
Firefly: Saw it in a window, Boss Frost; thought of you!
Batman: (to Firefly) You're all sizzle, and no steak!
Firefly: You shouldn't play with Firefly!
Trivia
- At the end of the episode, Chief Rojas noticed Ellen Yin was cheering for Batman as well. Likely foreshadowing his suspicions in "Night and the City".
