Hannah has an aunt, Paula (as mentioned in "Good, Clean Fun!" and "Sweet As Honey") and a grandmother, Grammy Johannson, who appeared in "E-I-E-I-O” and lives on a dairy farm with her husband. Grammy Johannson is the mother of Hannah's mother. She has no siblings (as mentioned in "You Are Special").
- Neighbors: Hannah lives directly next door to Firefighter Jean Vandever (as revealed in "Here Comes The Firetruck!"). As revealed in "It's Home To Me", Hannah also lives down the street from Emily. Because of this, they ride their bikes to school together sometimes.
