Barney-Toons were a series of short, cartoon segments originally placed between the first and second parts of each Season 10 episode Barney & Friends, these shorts were slightly narrated by Barney himself, who would introduce the shorts by saying:
- "Clap or cheer, my toons are here!"
- "Clap and cheer, Barney's toons are here!"
- "It's time for a Barney-Toon!"
- "Now here's a Barney-Toon!"
There were only 5 shorts being made from episode to episode.

- Rain
- Propeller
- Egg
- Hat
In 2007, reruns of Season 10 episodes replace these segment with "Barney's Music Box". This segment was also shown in some home videos such as This Is How I Feel.
