Meanwhile on the Vestal Destroyer Spectra Phantom, Gus Grav, Mylene Farrow, Shadow Prove Volt and Lync have a chat with Hydron where they conform Drago is in New Vestroia. Hdron then orders the Vexos to make sure Drago is captured and given to him. Back on Earth Julie Makimoto continues to serve cosumters at Runo Misaki's restaurant while Runo appears jealous. After their shifts are over Julie shows Runo Billy Gilbert fighting a bull in Spain. Runo however worries for Dan. In Vestail, Mira reveals that only a few Vestals realize that the Bakugan are intelligent creatures, while the rest of the Vestals have not been told. She reveals that after discovering this for herself, and becoming outraged with her father, for participating in the capturing of the Bakugan, she ran off and created the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance, joining with people who felt the same way as she did. Upon arriving at the base, they meet Baron Leltoy, a major fan of the Battle Brawlers and the Six Originals Hero Bakugan. Shortly after, another Brawler from the Resistance named Ace Grit, highly disapproves of Mira bringing humans to aid in their quest to free the Bakugan. Instead, he challenges Dan to a battle and says that if he beats him, he and Marucho can join the Resistance in their quest to save the Bakugan. Dan gets off to a rocky start, but he and Ace are too evenly matched. With one win and one loss each their battle ends, after a period of three hours, in a tie and they become fast friends.

Difference between the Japanese and English dub

  • In the Japanese version when Mira is naming all the members of the Vexos the character screens have a text box showing their names while in the English Dub this was removed.
  • In the Japanese Version, Dan senses something is being launched at him, and he turns and is hit in the forehead with a fruit pit by Ace, which knocks him to the ground. The dub censors this, with Dan just sensing his presence and turning to him, and is still standing up.
  • In the Japanese Version,Runo gets mad at Julie in her cafe after she says "Bon-Kyu-Bon" saying how having a curvier figure is more popular. The English Dub changes this to make Runo gets mad at Julie for being able to "Have fun and work at the same time"

Errors

  • In the montage of Ace and Dan battling, Dan's life gauge icon has changed to show him in his new clothes
