Aurelus (オーレルス, Ōrerusu?) is the Attribute (or Faction) of Creation.
This was introduced in Bakugan Battle Planet, replacing Subterra. So far, the four Aurelus (or golden) Bakugan were introduced in Battle Planet; Pyravian, Tiko, Trhyno, and Goreene. As well, the five Aurelus Bakugan were introduced in Bakugan: Armored Alliance are Pharol, Auxillataur, Zellus, Etris, and Garillion. Six new Aurelus Bakugan were introduced in Bakugan: Geogan Rising; Pincitaur, Spartillion, Titan King, Viloch, Auratoa, and Babadrill. Three new Aurelus Bakugan were introduced in Bakugan: Evolutions; Skullor, Aura, and Lancer.
The Aurelus realm is called Aeropolis.

- Aurelus is the first Attribute to replace another Attribute, in this case Subterra.
- Tiko looks more corrupted and evil than Pyravian, Trhyno, and Goreene.
- This is due to Tiko's corruption by the V Virus.
- Aurelus Bakugan appear to guard and protect Core Cells.
- The Aurelus Faction appears to be more powerful than the other five Factions.
- It remains unknown if a female brawler will have a Aurelus Bakugan to be her partner.
- Aurelus Bakugan did not able to reach Evolution. It remains unknown whether they will reach Evolution in the future seasons.
