Terada is a strong karateka who studied the Shishinkai Karate. In the third manga series, he showed that he was capable to disarm Kizaki and stood up to Pickle but Pickle defeated him with a slap. In addition, in Baki-Dou, he helped Kaiou Retsu with his training for his confrontation against Musashi Miyamoto.
