Sergio Silva (セルジオ・シルバ, Serujio Shiruba) is a fictional character from anime and manga series of Baki the Grappler.
Personality
In truth, he does not show any personality or relate to any other fighter, because he does not even speak for the whole time he appeared in the series. The only time he showed an expression was when he was shocked to see that he couldn't take down Jack Hanma. Almost nothing is known about him except that he is supposedly a very strong martial artist.
Appearance
He is a white Brazilian man with brown eyes, short brown hair, a light beard and a very marked eyebrows. He wears a dogi with the word jiu-jitsu on the back, he wears a black belt and is always barefoot. In the anime series, it is shown that his dogi is green.
History
Maximum Tournament Arc
He is invited by Mitsunari Tokugawa as one of the 36 fighters of the Maximum Tournament.
He fights Jack Hanma in the tournament and is effortlessly defeated.
Abilities
Sergio Silva is a strong fighter who participated in the Maximum Tournament. His fighting style is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that uses submission holds to defeat the opponents. In the manga, he is seen stretching and proves to be a fighter with great flexibility. Despite of his power, Sergio was unable to make Jack Hanma down to the ground due to the latter's sheer strength. Jack easily pushed him away, and then defeated him with a single punch.
