Miyasaka (宮坂, Miyasaka) is a fictional character from manga series of Baki the Grappler.

Personality

Miyasaka is a very passive and gentle person. He is regularly humiliated and treated with contempt by his protégé Takayama, who, for example, unscrupulously breaks a cigarette in Miyasaka's mouth and criticizes the fact that he is a chain smoker despite being a boxing coach. He doesn't even object to his behavior when Takayama contemptuously hits him with an elbow. Miyasaka is the only person who cleans up at the boxing gym, and he treats it as his own duty without objection. Despite his protégé's behavior, Miyasaka didn't allow Baki to break Takayama's fist, claiming he places his hopes in him.

Miyasaka is also a very nice person and gets along very well with Baki Hanma when they meet each other. A friendly bond forms between them as Baki helps him clean up at the gym and Miyasaka tells him about his boxing past.
