The Lamia (ラミア Ramia) is a group of homunculi created by Huey Laforet and Salomé Carpenter. The Lamia is comprised of incomplete homunculi who are ageless, but killable.

Trivia
- Only two members of the Lamia actually make an appearance in the Baccano! anime series. Adele appears briefly in the first episode when she attacks Isaac in 1933 at the Genoard mansion. Shaft, who serves as Graham Specter's right-hand man, is one of Sham's vessels.
- Ironically, the Lamia members are the exact of opposite of Szilard Quates' incomplete immortals . Szilard's continue to age but are capable of regeneration, where as the Lamia are ageless but cannot heal or revive from the dead.
- It's unknown whether or not the Lamia can devour or be devoured like their complete counterparts. They are most likely incapable of either because incomplete homunculi aren't fully immortal and can be seen as mortal yet ageless entities.
