Dr. Lulu is a tall giraffe with small gray eyes, brown spots and a small tail and pink cheeks. Sometimes, she wears a doctor's suit with a stethoscope hanging around her neck.
Personality
Dr Lulu is calm and caring. Due to being a doctor, she happens to be very smart and sharp.

- In the 3d games, Lulu seems to be much younger than her other counterparts; she appears to be a student rather than a doctor.
