Short

This article covers a subject that has been deemed non-canon by either the author or the Alien vs. Predator licensees, and thus should not be taken as a part of the "real" Alien vs. Predator universe.

Short was a member of the United States Colonial Marine Corps. She was part of a search and rescue mission sent to LV-426 aboard the USS Sephora in 2179 to investigate the disappearance of the USS Sulaco and its crew 17 weeks earlier. She was killed by Weyland-Yutani PMCs on LV-426.

Biography

Short was one of the Marines who survived the destruction of the Sephora and Sulaco, making it safely to LV-426. During the 118th Battalion's assault against the Weyland-Yutani PMCs, she was fighting against the PMCs and Xenomorphs with an M5 RPG.

Meanwhile, Corporal Winter, Private O'Neal, and Corporal Hicks assisted her to destroy the first Weyland-Yutani Anti-Air Gun. She was ultimately shot dead by the PMCs.

Equipment

Short was outfitted with standard-issue M3 Pattern Personal Armor for protection; her armor was fitted with a TNR Shoulder Lamp attachment for illumination. She had customized her armor vest with a stylized heart wrapped in a banner that says "Love me". Her armor also had several shotgun shells and two pouches strapped to the vest. She also carried a Combat Knife strapped to the right side of her right leg armor. Short was equipped with an M5 RPG and an M4A3 Service Pistol.

Trivia

• Short uses the same head model and accessories as Klassen, leading some people to confuse the two.
