Schmidt was a worker at the Romashka Outpost weapons development site on the Union of Progressive Peoples mining planet Shānmén.
Biography
Schmidt was one of twenty-four roughnecks at the outpost that reported to Foreperson Ngo, working in the plant and assisting in weapons tests. Schmidt lived in the outpost village.
Events on Shānmén
After the mutagenic pathogen attack on Shānmén by a Juggernaut-class spaceship, Peréz was one of the surviving outpost workers that were the target of rescue operations conducted by members of the Jackals.[1]
