The Isle of Skye was an island situated in Scotland. In 2089, a small group of archeologists led by Charlie Holloway and Elizabeth Shaw were excavating on the isle when Shaw discovered ancient cave paintings that depicted a star map corresponding with similar maps found in other locations. The combined maps provided coordinates leading to LV-223 in the Zeta Reticuli System.
