Ian Whyte (born September 17, 1971) is a Welsh actor, stuntman and former professional basketball player who portrayed Scar in the 2004 film Alien vs. Predator, Wolf in the 2007 film Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem and the Last Engineer in the 2012 film Prometheus. He also portrayed the Ancient Predator in Alien vs. Predator, as well as Celtic and Chopper in most shots where the three Predators did not appear on-screen together, although he was not credited for these roles.[1] Alien vs. Predator was Whyte's first film role. Other notable films he has appeared in include Clash of the Titans (2010) and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 1 (2010). He has also appeared as various characters in the television series Game of Thrones.
Standing at the height of 7 ft 1 in. (2.16 m), Whyte has played numerous monsters in feature films.
