Xex the Demon King (魔王ゼクス Maoo Zekusu?) is the primary antagonist and final boss of Tales of the World: Summoner's Lineage. He is a magitech weapon capable of ensuing mass destruction. In the past, Xex lived a peaceful life with Doctor Garrel; however, after the events that happened in Alvanista, Xex attacked the city, going on a rampage. After Frayne K. Lester defeats Xex, he leaves Alvanista and soon gathers numerous allies to help him rid the world of humans while seeking revenge for Garrel's death. Xex is capable of summoning many monsters, including the four base Spirits.
